Best pharmacy in the tri-cities since Corks. Four years straight every single prescription less than 5 minutes. Plus every time I'm out of the hospital 5 minutes for my pain medication.

I was born with health problems. I am almost 50-yrs-old now. I have seen many doctors and therefore, had many prescriptions. My doctor referred me. It was a little out of the way but I have never made a better decision. The pharmacists and staff at the Pasco, WA Fiesta Food Pharmacy are very compassionate and understanding people. I take my list of 5-10 prescriptions every month and within 5 - 7 min they are ready. Unbelievable!! They always welcome me with a smile and make me feel like they actually care that I get the medicine I need as quickly as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy to my family my friends and everyone. What a pleasant relief they are. These guys are super quick. They are so much better than a Rite Aid or Walgreens. If you want a ton of red tape, dealing with insurance questions, having tobsubmit and come back at a later day or 2 later just to get a refill. Only to have to wait in lines for another 45 minutes every single time you get a prescription, then go to those 2 big pharmacies. (Walgreens or RiteAid) I have never waited longer than 5 minutes at Reliance even if they fill the prescription right in front of me. By far, Reliance is the best pharmacy in town.

We switched from Fred’s to Reliance and we have not been disappointed. They send out text when the prescription is ready and they also provide free delivery once a month. They are super fast and efficient. What a great switch from big pharmacy to locally owned pharmacy. SWITCH! You won’t be disappointed.

Best pharmacy i have been to. They kept a close eye out for my scripts coming in and had them ready within minutes of being sent. Pharmacist is absolutely wonderful and a great people person. These folks are the type of people that belong in Healthcare. Don't waste your time at corporate stores and support local.

Words don’t describe how superior Reliance is compared to the Walgreens and CVS’s of the area. I moved here a few months ago and had to transfer my script to Walgreens and it was an absolute nightmare. I transferred to another Walgreens after the first nightmare only to discover the 2nd one was even worse. Thankfully I found Reliance after all that. They’ve been amazing. The people that work here are incredible, so friendly and everything is fast and accurate!! Do not hesitate to utilize them!

I've gone here for years and it's always been the best, fast, friendly service. Today they went above and beyond and not just surprised me but made my day. I went in to pick up 2 prescriptions for my kids, 1 of which hadn't gotten to the pharmacy (computers being stupid) so I left thinking nothing of it. Well they delivered the 2nd medication to my house less then 3hrs later, I had no idea they delivered but it was such a sweet moment.

I can not say enough about this pharmacy!!! I walk in the door and they greet me by first name. They are always so pleasant and helpful. I never have to wait for my prescriptions. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They honestly do care and take care of their customers.
